The Pros: Lovely unit close to the beach. Excellent service from the staff at Paternoster rentals in assisting with issues. Once all the issues are sorted, this would be lovely accommodation. The Cons: Unit needs a revamp as we encountered many issues which hindered us having a good 7 day break. We found ourselves having to wait on repairs during out stay - some were sorted and some not. The list below: 1. Bathroom door jammed on arrival - fixed with a screw (the mechanism needs to be replaced) 2. TV and DSTV remotes do not work - no one was able to sort it out. We bought batteries to check but it still didn't work. 3. The mechanism for the shutters don't work so long bent nails are used to try and keep the shutters open. 4. The dining room chair leg was broken. It was glued and clamped and left to stand for our entire stay. Family couldn't sit together for meals as we were short of 1 chair. 5. The electric stove dials have no markings (wear and tear) so we needed to struggle with temperature control until we sorted out how the stove works - dials work opposite to the norm! 6. 3 units on the site with no clear demarcated parking so we found ourselves without a parking when we got back one evening.

Staying at Aloha in Paternoster was the highlight of our trip. The accommodation was top notch.Thanks to Ronnie for making out stay so wonderful. We will definitely visit Aloha again and can recommend it to anyone who visit Paternoster.

The accommodation was prestine and met with all our requirements. The owners gave us a heartfelt welcome on our arrival. We will definitely be returning to Aloha. Thank you Ronnie and Sir for making our stay memorable

We had a wonderful stay in this charming loft. Sundowners on the little stoep watching a thunderstorm roll in was a particular treat. The owners are extremely helpful, providing us with extra wood when the shop closed early and was very accommodating on our last day so that we could enjoy the last bit of our time in Paternoster on the beach. The loft was wonderfully clean with all the tools you could possibly need available, clean and in good working order. We would definitely recommend this gem and will visit again soon.

This is an excellent facility for a break for a couple or even a small family. The rooms all has a special touch and carefully thought through by a practical person. The kitchen has everything one can think of, even news I wood and fire lighters. Eccellent host. Thank you Ronnie, making our stay special. We highly recommend staying at this facility.
