Was disappointed I specifically enquired before arrival as to the fact that Lunch and Dinners are available, on arrival we enquired about dinner to be told sorry meat wasn't taken out, Saturday night guests we blasting music, this was only addressed when I went to reception to complain before 9pm. Kettle not working, only one lamp next to bed working, we booked for 2 adults yet only received one coffee cup, exceptionally disappointed hence left a day earlt
