From Johannesburg (about 500 km)
Take the N17 South past Springs, Bethal, Ermelo, Pongola, into Hluhluwe. Turn left into the road just past the Engen filling station. At the yield sign turn right; at the T-junction turn left into Nyala Street, travel to the end of the road and on the left is Ama Zulu Guesthouse.
From Pretoria
Take the N4 towards Middelburg, turn off to Ermelo, then continue as above.
From Durban (about 300 km)
Take the N2 north past Richards Bay and Mtubatuba, then take the Hluhluwe turn-off to Hluhluwe. In the village continue as above.
