Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations 0 - 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations 14 - 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations less than 96 hours before check-in date will incur full charges.
