From Cape Town:
Take the N1 to Johannesburg. At Beaufort-West, take the R61 to Aberdeen & Graaff-Reinet. From Graaff-Reinet, proceed on the R75 for 16km southwards towards Port Elizabeth, and then take the R63 via Pearston to Somerset East.
From Johannesburg:
Take the N1 South to Bloemfontein. Continue with the N1 to Colesberg, and then take the N9 via Noupoort and Middelburg. At Middelburg, take the N10 split to Craddock. Proceed south on the N10 to Cookhouse. At Cookhouse, take the R63 to Somerset East.
From Port Elizabeth:
Follow the N2 from Port Elizabeth to Grahamstown, where it splits with the N10 Northwards at Ncanaha, proceed via Paterson to Cookhouse / Craddock. At Cookhouse, take the R63 to Somerset East.
