The Ground Level Exclusive Use Holiday Apartments are sea facing with 180 degree sea views. All apartments comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, large verandah and sleeps six people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms and is equipped with a shower and bath, hand basins and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for all self-catering needs. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. Television is in the lounge with a satellite connection and ‘Easy View' channels. In order to access the full spectrum of Multichoice, tenants should bring their own decoder, ‘sim card' and remote, or they can hire from Martin Electronics. Secure covered parking is available.

Failure to pay the rental in full 60 days prior to arrival may result in the flat being let to another party. Flats are strictly for the number of persons booked. Extra persons including babies will be charged for daily.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
