Annex at Pippins has one large north-facing bedroom that is furnished with a King-size bed complete with fine cotton percale bedding. The en-suite bathroom offers a bath, while the separate shower room is ideal for a relaxing shower. The open-plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining area are stylishly furnished, with lovely views over the garden and neighbouring apple orchards to the mountains beyond. The 4 seasons-in-one-day climate is catered for with a cosy wood-burning fireplace, a portable heater and electric blankets. The plunge pool is for the hotter months. A Weber braai/BBQ is included. Free Wi-Fi access is available on the property. The suite boasts a solar inverter system to avoid load shedding.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
