A Perfect has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two are furnished with Queen-size beds and the third is furnished with two single beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The unit has a sizable air conditioned living area that is equipped with a flat screen TV and full DStv. There is an open plan modern kitchen that is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, stove, built in oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher as well as tea / coffee making facilities.A Perfect is on the ground floor of the main house (with the owners on the top floor) and has a separate entrance. There is available parking for three vehicles. Linen and towels are provided and there is free Wi-Fi. The weather can get pretty hot in Wellington and to cater for this the unit has double glazed windows and air conditioning as well as a swimming pool available for your use.

1) Normal neighbourhood rules apply. Respect neighbours at all times and no music, loud activities, parties or events are allowed.
2) Quiet hours are between 11h00 PM and 7h00 AM
3) Exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 guests will result in termination of your booking without a refund.
4) No visitors allowed.
5) The unit is rented out based on self-catering. The unit is serviced before check in and once a week if stay is longer than 7 days, however extra cleaning services are available at R400 per service. Booking essential two days prior to cleaning service requirement.
6) No smoking allowed inside the cottage.
7) No animals are allowed
8) Guests will be held liable for any damages caused.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
