How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation is in line with the payment dates, so 50% is held if the cancellation is up to 7 days from the accommodation date and 100% within the 7 days. If the cancellation is within 30 days, up to 7 days, we will hold 25%. Longer than 30 days, we will refund 100%, of what has been paid up to that date.
