Travelling with children?
The rooms sleep adults only and are not suitable for children.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to us with the reservation number as the basis reference.
Subject to what is stated below, any cancellation request made after confirmation of the reservation will be subject to a 11.4% administration fee calculated on the total value of the reservation.
The cancellation of a confirmed reservation which has been held for 30 days or more but cancelled 21 days or less than 21 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the total amount paid.
The cancellation of a confirmed reservation which has been held for 30 days or more but cancelled more than 21 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee calculated on the total value of the reservation.
No refunds will be made for the unused portions of a reservation or for an early departure.
