Sea and breaker view large single room accommodation for 2, 3 or 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. There is one king size bed with double bed sleeper couch, (sleeps 4 people) with shower, toilet, and basin. Self catering, equipped with microwave, 2 plate stove, fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery, DSTV. Own patio and braai area facing the rock pool and sea, with magnificent breaker view just a stone’s throw away. It is one of our most popular units.

Unit 6
Partial sea view large two roomed accommodation for 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. There is one king size bed in main room and one double sleeper couch, (Sleeps 4) with shower, toilet and basin. Self catering, microwave, fridge/freezer, two plate stove, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, DSTV. Units 5 and 6 have lockable inter-leading, ideal for two families.

Sea and breaker view large two roomed accommodation, is for 4 to 5 Adults and 2 to 3 Children. There is one queen bed in main room with double bed sleeper couch in the other room one queen with bunk beds, (sleeps 8 people) with toilet, shower, and basin. Self catering, microwave, 2 plate stove, fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery, kettle, toaster, DSTV. Own private patio and braai area in front of the unit, facing the sea with the most magnificent views of the sea, watch whales and dolphins play in the waves.

Excluded / Extra
Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

R500 Refundable Key and breakage deposit per unit is applicable when booking.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Arrivals after 19:00pm will be charged a R50.00 per hour waiting fee to compensate staff.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
