Two bedroom ocean view apartment which sleeps 4 guests. The apartment consists of an open plan lounge, dining area with TV, DStv (bring your own smart card) and hi-fi. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with microwave, washing machine, a breakfast counter, two bedrooms with built in cupboards and two bathrooms (main en-suite). The lounge contains a pullout double sleeper couch. Just pack the clothes on your back (and then again, not too much of those)!

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The balance plus a R500 breakage deposit are payable by bank transfer four days prior to arrival. The breakage deposit is fully refundable three days after your departure provided there are no breakages or damages.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your booking at any time provided you do so in writing but you will remain liable for the full balance of the holiday rental fee. We will endeavour to re-let the property on your behalf for all or part of the booking period and, if successful, will refund the amount paid by you less an admin fee of R250.
