Suite 1 consists of two luxury suites in the villa with full amenities. The suites are each furnished with a double bed and a sleeper couch. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a ball claw bath, outside shower, two basins and a toilet. There is a work desk and a walk-in dressing room. Villas have a central opening to an open-air fireplace and a water feature that creates a soothing ambience of trickling water.

The Presidential Villa has two suites each furnished with a King-size bed and en-suite bathrooms with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The Villa boasts an inner private lounge with a fireplace and notable artwork adorning the walls. The Villa also offers a private bar area, a full kitchen and a guest bathroom. The wallpapered and art-adorned walkway to the kitchen leads to an outdoor boma with a large fireplace, from which to enjoy the renowned African sunsets. A large deck spanning the immense width of the Presidential Villa boasts a heated infinity pool and large dining table with an outside bar area and fridge, perfect for entertaining.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
