This inviting unit is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, featuring 2 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and boasts an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The second bedroom, perfect for children, includes a bunk bed and enjoys access to a separate bathroom fitted with a bath. Linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.; ; The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for a seamless self-catering experience, including a 4-plate gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge area offers plush seating and a TV with DStv channels, creating a cozy space for relaxation.; ; The unit extends onto a covered patio, complete with a built-in braai and outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy a range of communal amenities, including two swimming pools, a trampoline, a jungle gym, a volleyball court, and a putt-putt course. Covered parking and access to an on-site laundromat (available at a nominal fee) ensure a convenient stay.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is received within 14 days before arrival and reflected in our bank account before arrival. Please note that there is an R600 admin fee and a R1000 refundable breakage deposit as well. No keys can be released without a full and final settlement.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within the first week of the following month of departure, less any deductions for breakages. The deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by you.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
