To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Problems as follows: 1) No hot water 2) No rails to hang towels in the bathroom 3) When I got into bed, I moved my one leg and stubbed my toe on something. Upon inspection it was revealed to be a bedspring sticking out of the mattress by about an inch

Response from the Owner: "Good day - we did inform our guests about the hot water problem before checking in and we gave them another option (a bathing room with hot water) .We do apologize about the discomfort and we will look into it."

I'm not impressed at all. It only looks beautiful on the photos but inside it's not what one would expect. I don't even wanna start talking about TV'S and the unworking plugs. Towels are not appetizing and the duvet I slept with is old because it has holes in it. I'm nva gonna come back here and surely will never recommend this to anyone

Absolutely Skip this place. Several Issues with the establishment. Doors are locked and there is no bell to get into the establishment, staff are not very knowledgeable, staff had booking days/breakfast options wrong, windows in bathroom do not open, Shower door is not even fully operational. after speaking to the lady at reception we were informed that all the rooms are like that, and a refund was promised, however when it comes down to it, there are excuses from the owners. Absolutely terrible. I am not even sure that this establishment has been graded by the tourism council.
