Barrydale lies at the foot of the Langeberg mountains and is approximately 240km drive from Cape Town.
If coming from Cape Town follow the N1 as far as Worcester and branch off onto the R62 through Robertson and Montagu to Barrydale.
Alternatively follow the N2 out of Cape Town as far as Swellendam and branch off to Suurbrak and through the Tradouw Pass, into Barrydale.
Otherwise, follow the R62 from Oudtshoorn towards Cape Town through Ladismith.
