It is a unique, comfortable and exclusive non-pretentious ‘one of a kind' bush chalet for two people. This romantic hide-away is known for morning walks with picnic basket or farmhouse breakfasts on the deck with freshly baked scones, cream and jam. Its private boma area and wooden decks boast breathtaking views of sunsets and the Magalisburg Mountains including hot air balloons and a large variety of birds' indigenous to the area. The unit comprises an exclusive and unique one bedroom unit with bathroom for two persons sharing. It has a King size bed, bush kitchen with bar fridge, private Boma area, small thatch bar, private splash pool and a Jetmaster Hex Fire place.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
FOR BOOKINGS 30 WORKING DAYS AND LESS:
A booking is a binding agreement.
The full payment of the booking stay is required to confirm the booking.
100% of the total booking fee if booking is cancelled 30 working days or less prior to arrival date or non-arrival, guests will forfeit the total value of the booking.

FOR BOOKINGS MORE THAN 30 WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE:
A booking is a binding agreement.
50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking.
The balance of the booking fee is to be made no less than 5 working days before arrival date.
100% of the total booking fee if booking is cancelled 30 working days or less prior to arrival date or non-arrival, guests will forfeit the total value of the booking.

As expected we run a tightly controlled finance department due to the very risk of fraud. A 15% handling fee is levied for costs involved on all cancellation refunds.

We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans. It is relatively affordable and well worth it.
