Baytree Beach House

The Baytree Beach House is a modern, light and bright holiday home in Kalk Bay offering beautiful sea views. The house offers easy access to a range of attractions including the beach, various restaurants, shops and bars. The house can accommodate up to ten guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a triple-bunk bed with a double-bottom and a single-top. These rooms share the additional two bathrooms which are equipped with showers, hand basins and WC. The upstairs TV lounge contains a flat-screen TV with selected DStv and a DVD player. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and two lounge areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery, as well as a drinks fridge, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a large 10-seater wooden table and chairs. There is a TV lounge with a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with DStv and a DVD player. Beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from the living area. The dining area opens to a covered patio with a table and chairs, weber braai facilities and stunning sea views.
