Bentley Estate Apartment is a fully furnished unit that can accommodate four guests. The bedroom is furnished with an extra-length Queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and basin. There is a study with a double sleeper couch that could be used for an additional two adults or children. The modern kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, utilities, a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a large 40-inch TV with selected DStv channels. The living area leads out onto a balcony, which offers a 4-seater table. The complex has a communal swimming pool and entertainment area. There are two braais available for use with a wash-up sink. There is also a communal toilet for use in the entertainment area. In addition, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines that guests have access to.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
