How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation prior to 7 days, the full deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 7 days, the full deposit will only be refunded in the event of a family or medical emergency or if another booking is received. Otherwise, the guest would have an option of transferring the deposit to another booking for another date. Any amount paid upfront in excess of the deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation at any stage.
