Thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the well appointed cottages. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food great! Their wines are excellent! A lovely spot for a quiet stay with Cape Agulhas nearby.

My partner asked for an escape outside of the city and we found the perfect place at Black Oystercatcher. Arriving on the Friday with another couple, we enjoyed the wine and beer tasting on offer. We found the beautiful cottage and relaxed into the tranquil space. We loved our stay and would definitely go again.

The indoor fireplace was impossible to use because a smoke. The check-in and check-out have a wide margin of improvement.

It was lovely peaceful safe the staff at the restaurant were good helpful and friendly Plenty wood for a braai and inside fire Friendly woodpecker in the tree The only complaint is that We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not serviced once

What an excellent venue! We had a lovely stay, with beautiful views and a perfect little cottage to ourselves! The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with great service and magnificent food! Hope to see you again soon!
