How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Any cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival with forfeit 100% of the deposit. Any cancellation made 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive 60% of their deposit back. Any cancellation made 4 weeks prior to arrival 100% of the deposit will be given back.
