Boulevard 213 can accommodate up to six guests and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a dining and living area and a balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedroom are furnished with two single beds. The separate bathroom contains a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. Linen is provided. Guests will need to bring their own towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge area includes air-conditioning and a TV. Guests will need to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The living area opens to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture and gas braai facilities. Margate Boulevard offers security controlled access, and on-site parking.
