Directions to Buller's Rest Lodge

From Durban on the N3 Toll road
Take the Ladysmith / Bergville off-ramp, approximately 60km beyond Escourt, and turn right onto the N11 after the toll. At the intersection with the R103 from Colenso, turn left and continue on the R103. DO NOT take the first glide-off to Ladysmith / Bluebank but remain in the right hand lane and continue for 5.5km to the T intersection with the Harrismith road. Turn right at the T intersection, passing 5 SAI Military Base on the right, and drive 2.2km to the first set of traffic lights. Turn left into Francis Road and continue for 1.1km, passing the SPAR on the right, to a 3-way stop. Keep left into Ruby Gailey Road and take the first left into Reservoir Road. Continue 900m to the T intersection. You will pass the Country Club on the right. Turn left at the T intersection and follow the sign for a further 200m to Bullers Rest Lodge on the left.

From Johannesburg on N3 Toll Road
Take the R103 Ladysmith exit at the foot of Van Reenen's Pass and continue through to Ladysmith, passing 5 SAI Military Base on the right until reaching the first set of traffic lights. Turn left into Francis Road and continue for 1.1km, passing the SPAR on the right, to a 3-way stop. Keep left in Ruby Gailey Road, and take the first left into Reservoir Road. Continue 900m to the T intersection. You will pass the Country Club on the right. Turn left at the T intersection and follow the sign for a further 200m to Bullers Rest Lodge on the left.

From Newcastle on the N11
Continue to the first set of traffic lights and drive a further 4.3km to the third set of lights at the Caltex garage. Turn right into Alfred Street and continue through the traffic lights into Egerton Road. Pass through the next set of lights keeping to the left where the road splits and continue into Cochrane Street for a further 800m to a 3-way stop. Keep in the right hand lane. Turn right into Ruby Gailee Road and then first left into Reservoir Road . Continue 900m to the T intersection. You will pass the Country Club on the right. Turn left at the T intersection and follow the sign for a further 200m to Bullers Rest Lodge on the left.
