Bullrush Cottage is a one bedroomed cottage furnished with a Queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath and shower. Percale bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is a comfortable open-plan dining room and lounge area which is equipped with satellite TV. This room and the fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, hob, stove, fridge/freezer) opens onto a private patio with braai facilities.The patio is surrounded by an indigenous garden and has wonderful mountain views as well as views over the pool, which guests have access to.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply, as follows:
More than one month prior to check-in date: No forfeit - full refund
22-30 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 25% of the deposit
15-21 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 50% of the deposit
08-14 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 75% of the deposit
01-07 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 100% of the deposit
Non-arrival or early departure: No refund - the total booking value is forfeit / payable
