How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 45 days before arrival, forfeit 70% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
