Burmeister on Park 310 s bright, sunny, and elegantly designed, with modern furniture and chic decorations throughout. This stunning property features two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, and a shared bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, oven, and kettle, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area features a table and chairs, offering a cosy space for meals. The lounge area has a smart TV with Netflix. There is balcony access to enjoy the majestic views of Table Mountains and Table Bay while making use of the outdoor gas braai. The apartment also has a UPS which supplies uninterrupted power to the TV, Wi-Fi router, a laptop, a fan and a light during loadshedding. The UPS will recharge once the power is back on. There are also rechargeable bedside lamps. There is a 2-plate gas stove that includes a kettle for use during loadshedding to ensure a pleasant stay.
