Capri 15 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is air conditioned and furnished with a King-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove and a dishwasher to use. In addition, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the second bathroom. The living area which is air-conditioned and comfortably furnished features stack doors that open onto a balcony with stunning views and a gas braai facility.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
