How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Full refund on deposit if cancellation is made 2 weeks in advance, 50% refund if made a week in advance. And no deposit 25% refund if made within a week and no refund on 24 hour cancellations.
