Chakas Place 1 has three bedrooms, all of which are furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a spacious, comfortably furnished living area which benefits from centralized air conditioning and DStv. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. The apartment opens to a well sized patio which boasts braai facilities and lovely sea views. There is secure parking and an alarm system.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
