Chris to Theo has three bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV with satellite channels and the bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom with twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, and kettle. This open-plan to the lounge and dining area. The lounge has a fireplace, large flat screen TV with DStv access and sliding doors leading out onto a big open-plan balcony with beautiful sea views, a braai area, and a table for outside dining.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
