Chesapeake Bay 28 can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a 6-seater breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area contains a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. Guests need to bring with them their own standard DStv decoder and card if they want DStv channels as there is only Open View in the unit. There is Wi-Fi available. The living area opens to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a kettle braai.
