This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is ideally located for your relaxation and enjoyment. Positioned on the elevated ground floor, it offers unobstructed sea views and is fully wheelchair accessible. Upon entering, you will find a self-catering kitchen/diner to the left, which flows into an open-plan lounge area featuring a flat screenTV and an OpenView decoder. The kitchen is equipped with built-in cupboards and all necessary cooking utensils. From the lounge, you can enjoy stunning sea views, from the serene lagoon to the breathtaking panorama of Ramsgate's main beach. The apartment includes two bedrooms, each with built-in cupboards. The main bedroom boasts the same remarkable views as the lounge, allowing you to relax on the king-size bed while taking in the beautiful Indian Ocean. The second bedroom contains two single beds and an additional mattress for a third child if needed. The bathroom is fully equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment also offers a single undercover parking space. In addition, the complex features communal braai areas and expansive lawn space for your enjoyment.
