Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelled 30 days or more before date of arrival, 5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
If cancelled 0 – 7 days before the date of arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
