This exclusive-use double-storey villa, accommodating 12 guests, is set along the serene Little Mooi River and features six en-suite bedrooms. The Homestead provides stunning views of the Drakensberg Mountains and comfortably hosts up to 10 adults and 2 children in 6 en-suite bedrooms.; ; Internet access is available, though please note that our rural location may ocassionally affect connectivity. Each room is equipped with a gas heater, and wood fireplaces are present in the lounge and in bedrooms 2 and 3.; ; On arrival, guests will find tea, coffee, milk, and sugar provided. Firewood is supplied for the duration of your stay, and standard toiletries and towels are also included. Guests are requested to bring any additional food and beverages needed.; ; The villa features a well-equipped farm-style kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, a TV with DStv, and BBQ/braai facilities for guests' enjoyment.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
