How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
90 days or more prior to arrival the full deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of R750.00.
Between 31 and 89 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit will be payable.
Any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival will be charged for in full.
