The main house features a single bedroom with sofa beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and one bathroom. This cozy and intimate setting is designed to encourage relaxation and quality time with family and friends. The detached house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort. Bedroom One includes a double bed and a closet, with a scenic view of the river. Bedroom Two is furnished with two single beds and a closet. Bedroom Three offers another double bed and closet, while Bedroom Four contains two single beds. The first bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet, and the second bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
