Constantia Cottage has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own television, with doors that open out onto the patio, leading into the peaceful garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath with overhead shower and heated towel rails. There is cupboard space for all your clothes and belongings and electrical points for chargers and devices. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own bathroom in the hallway, with a bath and heated towel rail. The kitchen is open-plan with a lounge and dining room and is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All utensils are provided for the preparation of meals. The comfortable lounge and dining area has underfloor heating and an open log fireplace. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and there are 2 television sets with DStv. In the case of loadshedding, there is a 5.6kW inverter to keep things running smoothly. Both the lounge and the main bedroom have outside doors to the sunny patio and garden, with access to a refreshing swimming pool, as well as outdoor furniture and a braai area. The cottage is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a private garden and secure, undercover parking is provided for two cars.
