How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
For bookings 10 days or more, deposits are non-refundable.
For bookings less than 10 days, deposits are refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
We suggest that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
