We are located in a residential area, so no loud music or noise permitted at the property.

We offer cleaning service from Monday to Friday, however we do not offer on public holidays or weekends. Cleaning can be arranged on request but there will be extra cost of R300 per day for public holidays or weekends

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
