A deposit of 50% of the Accommodation for the B&B is to be prepaid on reservation. In the event of non-payment of a deposit, the B&B reserves the right to cancel any bookings without notice or liability to the client. Please note that proof of payment is the client's responsibility.The question of deposits is important and requires an understanding of our position in this respect. Having confirmed your booking we concluded a contract and we are then holding your rooms exclusively for you, and denying others the opportunity to occupy and hence the prospect of being able to re-let the accommodation at all and there is obviously an economic cost involved. A deposit serves as an incentive for the guests to fulfil his / her obligations under the contract, and while most guests are honorable, in our trade we are surprised at the customers who simply do not show the courtesy of arriving.

Travelling with children?
Children over the age of 10 are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
