This spacious house accommodates up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The central communal area connects the north and south wings, each comprising 3 bedrooms. The main bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the remaining two bedrooms in each wing share a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath. Guests are welcomed with all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels provided, along with complimentary toiletries, milk, tea, and coffee. On the ground floor, a separate flatlet comfortably houses 4 guests in 2 open-plan sleeping areas. This flatlet includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double basin, a kitchenette furnished with a microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a lounge area with a TV offering full DStv channels. The second floor of the central unit boasts an open-plan bar and lounge area, complete with a flat-screen TV, a state-of-the-art soundbar, and full DStv channels. The first floor hosts a dining area with seating for 16 and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and complete cutlery and crockery sets, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large folding doors from the dining area open onto a beautiful undercover verandah with stunning beach views and stairs leading down to the ground floor and garden. The fully enclosed garden includes a swimming pool, a braai area, and an outdoor shower, with a gate that provides direct access to a path leading to the beach. Our front garden gate opens onto a narrow strip of indigenous vegetation which is all that separates you from the beautiful blue flag Southport beach.
