Du Bantry 8 is a ground-floor apartment accommodating four guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a hand-shower over the bath, a toilet and basin. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The open-plan living area is spacious and has couches to relax on and a TV with DStv connectivity (guests must provide their own smart card and DStv decoder). The living area leads out onto the patio, which has a braai and partial sea views.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
