Not only are the views from up on Botha's Hill some of the most spectacular in the country - it overlooks the Valley of a Thousand Hills - but Botha's Hill is one of ‘those' hills that invariably gets a mention when it's time for the Comrades Marathon. Take the Hillcrest/Shongweni/Assagay offramp (Exit 32). Turn right over the freeway into Kassier Road. Proceed until you get to the T-junction with traffic lights, at Old Main Road. Turn left and go up Botha's Hill. At the crest of Botha's Hill, travel for a few hundred metres until you arrive at Eagle Wind Manor on the left hand side, clearly marked as number 15.
From the M13, travelling inland from Pinetown
Take the Hillcrest offramp and turn right onto Old Main Road. Travel through the centre of Hillcrest, until you reach the other side, where you will go downhill towards some traffic lights. Travel straight on, and up Botha's Hill. At the crest of Botha's Hill, travel for a few hundred metres until you arrive at Eagle Wind Manor on the left hand side, clearly marked as number 15.
