We spent two wonderful days and nights at Elianthes Guesthaus. Our room and bathroom were freshly renovated and everything was tip top. The guesthouse is located on the local road in Swellendam and the traffic is audible, depending on the location of the room, but not disturbing. The manager of the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

We arrived and the hostess on duty (apologies for not remembering her name😱) was ready to meet us. We had a beautiful room, with the Aircon on, cooling our room (hot outside). Everything was pristine, comfortable and all that you could possibly require, was at hand. The surrounding property was just as pristine, with beautiful garden and pool. This was the 2nd stay, and we will be back!👏😁

We enjoyed a wonderful stay, in very relaxing surroundings, and a sumptuous breakfast. Loved all the attention to detail.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nice and clean guesthouse. Lovely garden with swimming pool. Each room has its own terrace. Generous breakfast : toast, croissant, fruit salade, yoghurt, eggs ... A visit to the Swellendam Drosty Museum is worthwhile. We would really recommend Elianthe 's guesthouse e.g. when doing the Garden Route or for a longer period. We would have loved to stay there a few more nights but we had already fully planned our road trip.
