Ellefsen 135 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The living area is fully tiled and stylishly decorated. It is comprised of a kitchen which is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and has a TV with DStv. There is also a small table to enjoy meals at. Wi-Fi is provided. The living area leads out, via sliding doors, to a balcony, which features a built-in braai. The unit has a dedicated garage and parking bay.
