How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• 5% cancellation fee if booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival
• 25% cancellation fee if booking is cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival
• 50% cancellation fee if booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival
• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or if client is a no show

The above Cancellation Policy does not apply to groups or during periods when there are special events planned at Engedi Manor, or during the Festive Season - during which time full Cancellation Fee of 100% applies from 30 days prior to arrival, or from time of booking if the booking is made less than 30 days from arrival.
