Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A 15% service fee is charged on all bookings. Kindly note that this service fee also applies to cancellations, irrespective of the reason for cancellation, and/or cancellations which may involve circumstances that are centred around natural disaster, death and/or force majeure, irrespective of the situation. Kindly note that this 15% service fee is deducted over and/or above any applicable refund amount, and only in circumstances where a refund may be applicable in line with the relevant cancellation policy/terms at the time of your booking.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
