Ezulweni 1

Ezulweni 1 is a self catering apartment located in the Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito, with lovely views. There is a restaurant on the estate, a spa for a bit of relaxation and a golf course. The apartment sleeps six guests in three bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The main room has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The living area has a TV with DStv and Wi-Fi. There is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional Facilities: Outside there is a large private patio with a plunge pool and braai facilities. There are three undercover parking bays reserved for our guests and a lift to the apartment. The estate has a swimming pool and secure parking. Simbithi is a secure estate. We will supply an access code on arrival, and submit a form to the Security office to arrange for guests to have their fingerprints recorded to ensure convenient access and exit to the estate and peace of mind. The apartment is situated in an eco estate, therefore it has very strict rules regarding noise. Specifically, no loud noise between 23h00 and 06h00. This is therefore not an apartment for parties. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
