Children of all ages are welcome.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
1. 75% of the deposit will be refunded should the booking be cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
2. If cancelled less than three weeks prior to the date of arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited.
3. This procedure is in keeping with international policies and is intended to protect both parties.
4. All changes to reservations to be made by client in writing.
5. All cancellations of reservations must be in writing.
6. Non-arrival of a guaranteed reservation is subject to a No Show fee equivalent to the value of one night's accommodation.
7. All reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night's accommodation.
8. Group reservations of 5 rooms or more are to be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival or a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night's accommodation will be charged
9. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any “un-confirmed” bookings as guaranteed bookings take precedence over non-guaranteed bookings
